Data and purposes

The form collects your name and email, required to handle your request. Organisation, role, technical environment, subject and message are optional. An identifier, timestamp and source page are added. Do not submit secrets or sensitive data.

These data support replies and discussions about services or product evaluation. Processing relies on our legitimate interest in professional communications. Precontractual measures may apply when you are personally a party to the proposed contract. Sending the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Abuse prevention

The raw IP address is the key of an anti-abuse counter in Cloudflare Workers KV. The counter expires one hour after each accepted request. The IP is not included in the contact record. Country is no longer added to new records. Cloudflare may process technical information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect requests.

Recipients and hosting

Authorised Seculogik personnel handle requests. The site uses Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV. The form does not automatically send data to a CRM or email service. Subsequent email exchanges may involve the relevant email providers.

Cloudflare Pages hosts this website, and Workers KV stores contact requests and short-lived abuse counters. Cloudflare may process technical connection and security information, including IP addresses and request metadata, to deliver and protect the service.

Cloudflare operates globally. Processing may take place outside France or the EU under applicable contractual transfer safeguards. Cloudflare’s applicable data-processing terms describe its processor obligations and international-transfer mechanisms.

Retention

New contact records automatically expire within 365 days of receipt, no more than one year. Further contact does not automatically extend this period. Anti-abuse counters expire after one hour.

For historical requests without automatic expiry, the operator’s reviewed retention plan uses the same 365-day maximum from collection. Deploying this website does not restart their retention period.

Technical-record retention depends on the Cloudflare service, its configuration and applicable contractual requirements. Contact-record retention is described separately; the contact-record TTL does not determine Cloudflare infrastructure-log retention. Contract records follow separate periods to be specified at engagement.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Contact contact@seculogik.com.

A reply is due within one month, with a possible two-month extension for complex requests, with notice. Identity evidence may be requested only if there is reasonable doubt. You may complain to the French CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

The site code loads no advertising tool, analytics service or third-party widget. Fonts and illustrations are hosted with the site. Code verification does not validate Cloudflare logging or protection settings. See the cookies page.
