Privacy policy

One form. No trackers. Here is the whole of it.

Written under articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR. It describes this website only — not the Seculogik platform, which runs on your own infrastructure and which we never see.

Last updated 10 September 2026.

The short version

  • No cookies. This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookie, no local storage, no fingerprint.
  • No third party. No analytics, no advertising, no social widget, no CRM, and since 10 September 2026 no external font service either. Everything the page loads comes from this domain.
  • One form. The demo request is the only place you can give us personal data, and you do it deliberately.
  • No profiling. Nothing here scores, segments or automatically decides anything about you.

Controller

Seculogik is the controller for the data described here. Its identity and postal address are on the legal notice. To exercise any right below, use the contact form.

What the demo form collects

Only what you type: your name, your work email, your organisation, your role, where your alerts come from, which edition or module interests you, and whatever you write in the free-text field. Name and email are required; the rest sharpens the conversation and can be left empty.

What is collected without you typing it

Two things, and both are worth stating plainly because most sites do not.

  • Your IP address, used as a rate-limit key. It is hashed into a counter so one address cannot flood the form. That counter is deleted automatically one hour later. The address itself is not stored with your request.
  • A two-letter country code derived by our host from that address, stored with the request so we know which jurisdiction a demo request comes from.

No other header, no referrer, no device fingerprint, no session identifier.

Why, and on what legal basis

Answering your demo request
Steps taken at your request before entering a contract — GDPR art. 6(1)(b)
Stopping form abuse
Our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable — art. 6(1)(f)

We do not rely on consent, because we set nothing that would require it. If that ever changes, we will ask first and this page will say so before it happens.

Where it goes

Into Cloudflare Workers KV, on the same Cloudflare account that serves this site. Cloudflare, Inc. is our sole processor and is named on the legal notice. Cloudflare's network is global, so storage may occur outside the European Union; those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on Cloudflare's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

There is no third-party CRM, no marketing automation and no mailing list. Your details are not enriched, resold, shared or used to build a profile. Nobody outside Seculogik reads them.

How long it stays

Rate-limit counter
One hour, then deleted by the store itself
A demo request
Up to three years from our last exchange, then deleted
A request you ask us to erase
Deleted on receipt

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, under articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. Ask through the contact form and we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority, at cnil.fr.

How you can check the claims above

Open your browser's developer tools on any page of this site. The storage panel is empty and every network request goes to this domain. That is not an accident of configuration: scripts/check-privacy.mjs fails our build if an external origin, a cookie or a storage call ever appears in the built site, so the claim cannot quietly stop being true.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. A change that widens what we collect will be announced on the page before it takes effect, not after.

Next step

Thirty minutes, on your own alerts.

Nothing leaves your perimeter during the session, and the only data we keep afterwards is what you typed into the form.
